The Second Writers’ Platform-Building Crusade

Rachael Harrie has apparently done this before, but I never heard of it until I found it on Aimee L Salter’s blog - this is exactly what it says on the tin. A crusade to help writers build their platform so as to gain more knowledge, contacts and recognition – yup, you guessed it, it’s all about building a bigger and better platform. I was the 166th person to comment, i.e. sign up, so you can be sure there will be excellent coverage and a wide variety of writers taking part. Rachael intends to group participants according to their genre so that you can hang out with the people you have something in common with, but there is nothing to stop you from visiting absolutely everyone on the Crusader list.

I popped over here from another Crusaders Blog. You might want to get the Networked Blogs Widget thingie for your sidebar, so that those stopping by can follow your blog. More importantly, it helps followers see when you’ve posted. Hope that helps! Nice to make your acquaintance.
